"I would like to commend Manager Jaime and his Staff of Professionals at the Birds of Prey HD Dealership in Caldwell. After purchasing my Road King I then referred several close friends, brother veterans, and fellow employees. Jaime took care of them like he did me with top-notch customer service and professionalism, we are all beyond satisfied. The best part of the Birds of Prey experience has been in the months after riding off the lot. I always get greeted by Lora, Michelle, David, Brandon, and other employee's. They not only remember our names, but go out of their way to make us feel at home. As far as I am concerned, they are exactly what MOCO refers to as the "Harley Family atmosphere and experience". "A big thank you to Jamie, General Manager, who truly knows the meaning of customer service. You took the time to listen to my problem and honor a waranty that had already lapsed, and replace the part without charge. I greatly appreciate all you done, and you made me feel like the customer does come first.
And to Aaron in the service department who got my bike right in and out in a half of day. You were great to deal with, I appreciate your service.

"I was in Birds of Prey and saw a crimson red denim street bob that "needed to come home and live at my house." The salesman and the staff - especially the manager made that move possible and I am now the proud rider of that street bob. I appreciate the folks at Birds of Prey, they appear to be relaxed, the staff knowledgeable and friendly and certain key people appear to go out of their way to remember my name. This was a most postive experience and I can recommend Birds of Prey Harley Davidson without hesitation...they will make your purchase and ownership of your dream bike a reality. "

"Been looking for the right Harley for myself for quite a while. I knew what I wanted and had a hard time finding the right one. Called in and spoke with Michele and she invited me to come in and look. She assured me that she had the right one for me. Needless to say the next day I had my 05 Sportster 1200c. She as well as all the staff were very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. I will be buying another one in a couple years for my son and have no doubt where I will be getting it from. "We live in Cascade, Id and were out for a short putt from
Cascade to Caldwell, stop at the dealer buy a t-shirt and go back home. I was riding an 02 dyna and my rear tire was getting lower and lower. We made it in to Caldwell and Birds of Prey and were greeted by Terry in Service. It was a busy Saturday a week prior to Sturgis 07. Terry immediately took care of me. He advised me that his service department was extremely busy but he would make sure I had a new tire before they closed. Well a couple of hours later we were on our way. I have been to a lot of harley dealerships and can say we have never been treated better. Because of the way we were treated by all the staff at Birds of Prey, but mostly because of Terry in Service, we went back a month later and I purchased a 05 Fat Boy. Birds of Prey is the ONLY dealership in the Treasure Valley we go to now! It is not as big or fancy as say the one in Boise - but they treat us like the old days when dealerships depended on thier customers to pay the bills. ""I have been dreaming of owning a Harley since I was 5 years old. That's when my uncle picked me up from Kindergarten on his Shovelhead, and I was hooked. Although life for the past 6 years has been real tough for me with personal battles and family injuries... well it's just been tough. So when I called on an 02 dyna I'd seen online at Birds of Prey; it just called to me! So I called the number and thats when I met Jason! This guy has walked me through a very huge purchase for me and all over the phone and mail... And let me tell you it has been the best experience I have had in Years! From financing to parts and everything I am Super Pleased... I Receive my Dyna this weekend in Tri-Cities. They are delivering it to me, talk about the extra mile.
